The ISACA® Advanced in AI Audit™ (AAIA™) certification from the world's leading IT audit association is aimed at experienced CISA®, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certified professionals in IT auditing and IT consulting who want to showcase their expertise in auditing and evaluating AI systems and take their careers to the next level in the age of artificial intelligence.
There are no formal admission requirements for attending the course. Experience in IT audits and technical knowledge of AI systems are advantageous.
To achieve certification, the following requirements must be met:
1 Possession of an active CISA®, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification
2 Experience in IT auditing or IT consulting
3 Technical knowledge in working with AI systems
4 Successful completion of the AAIA™ exam
5 Submission of the certification application to ISACA®
- Online application or PDF form
- Payment of an application fee, currently USD 50
6 Agreement to the ISACA® Code of Professional Ethics
- Commitment to adhere to professional ethics principles and standards of conduct
7 Compliance with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements
- After certification: annual continuing education requirement and proof of compliance to maintain certification
