Module 1
An overview of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application and how it is integrated in the ServiceNow platform. You will also learn about key features of the HRSD application. Optionally, you may choose to review essential concepts of the ServiceNow platform.
Module 2
Explore how groups, users, and roles provide contextual security in ServiceNow. You explore HR Skills in depth and discuss how Skills are used to automatically assign HR Cases. They also generate HR Profiles for multiple employees. Roles give specific permissions to users in different HR functions.
Module 3
In this module, you learn about the Employee Center, HR Cases, HR table structure, Document Templates, HR Services, and Bulk Case creation. HR Services are the starting point for HR Case creation and define the table and the entire HR process for HR request fulfillment.
Module 4
This module details HR Knowledge management and the HR Catalog. It begins with recommended practices for HR Knowledge management, including HR Criteria and User Criteria. You also learn how to create the HR Catalog items that employees use to create HR cases.
Module 5
Explore how to track HR progress using HR Dashboards, Reports, Platform Analytics, and HR Surveys. You explore ServiceNow reporting capabilities and initiate the data collection jobs needed for Platform Analytics. You also learn how to update and trigger surveys which allow employees to rate their satisfaction with HR.
During this two-day interactive training course, attendees will work as HR Administrators to gain in-depth knowledge and practice in configuring and using the ServiceNow HRSD application.
