The training course combines in-depth expert input with practical application and consistent integration into everyday leadership practice. You will not only learn the fundamentals and potential applications of AI, but also apply them directly to real-world leadership and organizational situations.
Short theoretical inputs alternate with practical exercises, case studies, reflection exercises, and moderated discussions. Sharing experiences in plenary sessions allows you to gain insight into different perspectives and address specific issues from your own work environment. In the process, you’ll benefit from the know-how of experienced experts in the fields of leadership and artificial intelligence, as well as targeted preparation for the SVF certification exam.
A key component of the training course is guided self-study. Through our learning platform, digicomp learn, you’ll receive comprehensive study materials, in-depth exercises, and additional resources. You should plan on spending an additional 40 to 60 hours completing the self-study modules and writing the reflection report required for the SVF certification exam.
A common thread running through the entire training course is the step-by-step development of your personal AI agent. This agent supports you in handling leadership tasks even while you’re taking the course and remains available to you after you complete the course as a personalized sparring partner for your day-to-day leadership responsibilities.
To prepare for the module exam, you’ll work step-by-step throughout the entire training course on your personal practical application and develop concrete approaches for using AI in your leadership role. At the same time, you’ll receive targeted preparation for the requirements of the SVF module exam.
This training course is right for you if you hold a leadership position or coordinate teams/projects and want to understand how to use artificial intelligence effectively, responsibly, and profitably.
It is particularly suitable for those new to leadership, team leaders, project managers, and graduates of leadership, management, and professional certification courses.
The training course specifically prepares you for the SVF «AI Leadership» module exam.
Requirements for successful participation
No prior technical knowledge of AI is required to successfully participate in the course. What is important is an interest in the application of artificial intelligence in day-to-day leadership, as well as a willingness to contribute your own questions and real-world examples.
Since the course involves intensive work with AI tools, you’ll need access to at least one leading generative AI tool or framework, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or Gemini. We recommend a Plus, Pro, or comparable paid account so that you can complete the hands-on exercises without any functional limitations.
Ideally, you have some initial experience in leadership, project management, or coordination so that you can directly apply the course content to your professional context.
