1 Introduction to AI concepts
Curious about artificial intelligence? Want to understand what all the buzz is about? This module introduces you to the world of AI.
2 Introduction to machine learning concepts
Machine learning is the basis for most modern artificial intelligence solutions. A familiarity with the core concepts on which machine learning is based is an important foundation for understanding AI.
3 Get started with machine learning in Azure
Learn how to design a model training solution for machine learning projects.
4 Introduction to generative AI and agents
Generative AI powers applications that can create content, answer questions, and assist with tasks. In this module, you'll explore the fundamentals of generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), prompts, and AI agents.
5 Get started with generative AI in Microsoft Foundry
Learn how you can build generative AI applications in Microsoft Foundry. Understand how to use Microsoft Foundry's extensive model marketplace, playgrounds, and evolving features.
6 Introduction to natural language processing concepts
Natural language processing (NLP) supports applications that can see, hear, speak with, and understand users. In this module you learn about the concepts that make NLP possible.
7 Get started with natural language processing in Microsoft Foundry
Explore Azure Language's natural language processing (NLP) features, which include sentiment analysis, key phrase extraction, named entity recognition, and language detection.
8 Introduction to AI speech concepts
Imagine AI apps and agents that you can talk to. Explore the concepts behind AI speech, including speech recognition and synthesis.
9 Get started with speech in Microsoft Foundry
Learn how to recognize and synthesize speech by using Azure Speech.
10 Introduction to computer vision concepts
Introduction to computer vision concepts.
11 Get started with computer vision in Microsoft Foundry
Azure Vision service enables software engineers to create intelligent solutions that extract information from images; a common task in many artificial intelligence (AI) scenarios.
12 Introduction to AI-powered information extraction concepts
AI information extraction enables you to extract data values from documents, images, and other unstructured data sources.
13 Get started with AI-powered information extraction in Microsoft Foundry
AI gives you the power to unlock insights from your data. In this module, you'll learn how to use Foundry Tools to extract information from content.
Digicomp Blended Learning Approach:
- Pre-Study: As soon as you book the course, you get access to official Microsoft Courseware and Added Value Content. We recommend that you work through at least the first chapter of each module before the course.
- After-Study: After the course, you will still have access to all courseware and can continue to study the topic as needed.
This course is aimed at anyone interested in learning about the types of solution artificial intelligence (AI) makes possible, and the services on Microsoft Azure that you can use to create them.
Familiarity with computers and using a web browser. Some of the concepts covered in the course require a basic understanding of mathematics, such as the ability to interpret charts. The course includes hands-on activities that involve working with data and running code, so a knowledge of fundamental programming principles will be helpful.
This training prepares you for:
- Exam: «AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals» for the
- Certification: «Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals»
The «flexible» live virtual course is scheduled over a period of 3-4 weeks. During this time, 6-8 instructor-led sessions of 3.5 hours each take place, i.e., the instructor supervises the participants live. All live sessions of a course will take place in the morning from 8:30 am - 12:00pm (CET) or afternoon from 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm (CET). This time is indicated on the respective course as a total of 1-5 days.
By clicking on «Timetable» when enrolling, you can already see when the live sessions will take place. Of course, these sessions are recorded and therefore available for the class afterwards.
Everything takes place on one Microsoft Teams channel per class. The participants have access to all sessions and information within the class for the duration of the course.
