The course covers the official AI-Native curriculum.
The course is designed as an interactive leadership workshop and combines concise theoretical input with discussions, reflection, and direct application to your own organizational context. You will work with the AI-Native Organization Model, strategically assess current AI initiatives, and develop a shared understanding of opportunities, risks, governance, and priorities.
In addition, the course specifically prepares you for the certification exam—with sample questions, exam-style exercises, and a mock exam.
Even after the course, we’ll support you with any questions you may have until you successfully earn your certification.

After completing the «Leading the AI-Native Organization» course, you will receive access to the exam. Your login is valid for 60 days.
Upon passing the exam, you will receive the «Leading the AI-Native Organization» certification from the Scaled Agile Academy.
Exam format: Web-based, no aids, questions: 45 (single choice), passing score: 80 percent, duration: 90 minutes.
The exam is conducted in English.
If necessary, the exam can be retaken once free of charge.
