The course covers the official AI-Native curriculum.
The course combines concise theoretical content with practical exercises and direct application to your daily work. You’ll practice effective prompting, work with specific use cases, and develop initial approaches for AI-powered workflows and assistants.
There is a special focus on the safe and responsible use of AI in a professional context—including data protection, compliance, and quality assurance. In addition, the course specifically prepares you for the certification exam with sample questions, exam-style exercises, and a mock exam.
Even after the course, we’ll support you with any questions you may have until you successfully earn your certification.
AI-Native Foundations equips professionals and leaders with the skills to integrate AI productively, securely, and effectively into their daily work. The course is designed for employees in business, product management, delivery, and operations who want to transition from initial AI experiments to a sustainable, AI-native way of working.
The focus is on the practical use of AI as a personal work co-pilot: Participants learn to formulate effective prompts, complete recurring tasks more efficiently with AI, and develop their own AI assistants for specific workflows. At the same time, the course teaches how to use AI responsibly while adhering to data protection, security, and compliance requirements.
AI-Native Foundations thus lays the foundation for more productive teams, more efficient workflows, and the successful establishment of an AI-native organization.

No prior knowledge of AI or programming is required. The course is designed for employees who are new to AI or who wish to build a solid foundation for the productive and safe use of AI in their daily work.
After completing the «AI-Native-Foundations» course, you will receive access to the exam. Your login is valid for 60 days.
Upon passing the exam, you will receive the «AI-Native-Foundations» certification from the Scaled Agile Academy.
Exam format: Web-based, no aids, questions: 20 (single choice), passing score: 80 percent, duration: 60 minutes.
The exam is conducted in German.
If necessary, the exam can be retaken once free of charge.
