The course covers the official AI-Native curriculum.
The course combines concise theoretical input with interactive exercises, real-world examples, and direct application to your own transformation and organizational contexts. You’ll work with specific use cases and develop initial approaches to governance, change leadership, stakeholder management, and roadmaps for sustainably embedding AI in teams and organizations.
In addition, the course specifically prepares you for the certification exam—with sample questions, exam-style exercises, and a mock exam.
Even after the course, we’ll support you with any questions you may have until you successfully earn your certification.
The AI-Native Change Agent course prepares executives, change managers, and transformation teams to strategically and sustainably embed AI-native changes within organizations. The course teaches how to establish governance, compliance, and organizational frameworks so that AI initiatives not only function technically but also deliver long-term impact
The focus is on change leadership, organizational architecture, and successfully supporting teams and executives through AI-driven change. Participants learn to establish AI governance frameworks, clearly define responsibilities, account for regulatory requirements, and make the business value of AI initiatives measurable. At the same time, the course teaches how to identify resistance in transformation processes early on and effectively support change.

The AI-Native Change Agent course builds on the content of the «AI-Native Foundations» training. Therefore, to participate, you must have successfully completed the Foundation course and hold the «AI-Native Foundations» certificate.
After completing the «AI-Native-Change Agent» course, you will receive access to the exam. Your login is valid for 60 days.
Upon passing the exam, you will receive the «AI-Native-Change Agent» certification from the Scaled Agile Academy.
Exam format: Web-based, no aids, questions: 20 (single choice), passing score: 80 percent, duration: 60 minutes.
The exam is conducted in English.
If necessary, the exam can be retaken once free of charge.
