Learning Credits

You can receive learning credits in order to better support your employees’ continuous learning.

This is how it works:

  1. You pay in the desired amount.
  2. We give you back 5% to 10% of the amount paid as credit.
  3. Gradually, over the course of the contract year, you redeem the increased budget amount.

This is the best way to invest your money.

Learning Credits

The extra training budget can be used to book open and in-house courses during the contract year. Applies to legal entities only, not to individuals. Any credits that remain unused at the end of the contract year may be carried over to the following year, with the increased amount retrospectively adjusted according to actual use.
