The examination result of the PRINCE2® Practitioner (7th edition) is intended to show whether a candidate is able to plan and carry out a project in a PRINCE2® environment using the PRINCE2® method. To do so, the candidate must master the knowledge imparted in the Foundation seminar and demonstrate that he can respond PRINCE2® compliant to the requirements and problems of a concrete project scenario.

Format: Multiple-choice exam questions, number of questions: 70, pass rate: 60% (42 points out of 60), language: English or German, duration: 150 minutes.
Approved document: The official PRINCE2® 7 manual. When used as an eBook, a second device, such as a tablet, is permitted.

You will receive a voucher for an online exam by email from PeopleCert a few days before the start of the course. The exam voucher must be redeemed directly with PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. The online exam will be proctored by a PeopleCert invigilator, which requires a device with a microphone and camera.

«Take2» option: This option allows you to retake the exam at a lower price if you do not pass. The retake exam takes place online. If required, you can book this option independently in your PeopleCert candidate profile before booking the exam. You have up to 6 months from the date of the first exam to prepare and take the retake exam.

The certificate is valid for 3 years.
