The «ITIL 4 Practice Manager: Monitor, Support and Fulfil» combined practice module is for IT professionals aiming to establish a good cross-practice collaboration and effective service value streams. The individuals can demonstrate their understanding and application of the concepts covered in the five ITIL Management Practices at both strategic and operational levels maximizing value from these practices.

Exam format: Closed book, multiple-choice examination questions, no aids allowed, number of questions: 60, Pass rate: 65% (39 points out of 60), Duration: 90 minutes 

You will receive a voucher for the online exam via email from PeopleCert a few days before the course starts. The exam voucher must be redeemed directly with PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. The online exam is proctored by a PeopleCert proctor, which requires a device with a microphone and camera. The online exam software ExamShield™ must be installed by participants once in advance.
