The VMware certificates have been greatly expanded. There are currently six tracks:

The tracks include four levels: Associate, Professional, Advanced Professional and Expert. The basic course «Install, Configure, Manage» of the respective area prepares you for Professional and Advanced Professional certification. The expert level is awarded by VMware to outstanding VMware professionals. This can not be achieved with a classical test or a respective training.
