Overview

Cisco certification programs are organized on a four-level scale by domain:

Entry – CCENT®
Associate – CCNA® & CCDA®
Professional – CCNP® & CCDP®
Expert – CCIE®

The Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT®) is the foundation for most Cisco certificates. Four «Cisco Associate» certificates are based on this certification: CCNA Routing & Switching, CCNA Wireless, CCNA Security and CCDA.

New Roadmap 2020
Cisco has announced a new Roadmap 2020. The new Career Certification Program will become active on February 24, 2020. Until then, all current courses and exams can be completed; they will remain valid beyond this date. The new courses will be continuously posted and can be found under the two classifications «Cisco Associate 2020» and «Cisco Professional 2020».

Certifications from/after 24.02.2020
You take the exam at a PearsonVue test center. The costs for the exam are CHF 300.00.
