Stefan Koch teaches what he applies every day in client projects: building and operating data platforms, analytics environments, and data engineering pipelines. As the founder of Nitako GmbH, he designs and implements lakehouse architectures and data engineering solutions on Databricks and Azure—the examples in his courses are drawn from real-world experience, not just dry theory. Since 2020, he has been a lecturer and program director at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where he oversees two CAS programs in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Databricks Solutions Architect Champion, and previously worked at Trivadis, Accenture, b.telligent, and ALTYCA. He shares his knowledge in a way that enables participants to apply it themselves within their own teams afterward.
