Sascha Bosshard works as Lead Consultant Service Management at Ontrex AG and faces challenges in the process environment on a daily basis. After training as a computer scientist, he went on to study business informatics at HF level and discovered during the course that he was interested in providing guidance and technical support to customers on their way to optimized, digitized, and automated processes with or without AI. For this reason, Sascha continuously expanded his knowledge by acquiring the “ITIL Master” certificate and CAS in the areas of IT management and digital service management. In addition to acquiring his own knowledge, Sascha is also passionate about passing it on and ensuring its sustainability. Sascha therefore works part-time as a trainer and lecturer at various institutions and is also an examination expert.
