Sascha Bosshard works as a senior consultant in service management at Ontrex AG and faces challenges in the process environment on a daily basis. After training as a computer scientist, he went on to study business informatics at HF level and discovered during the course that he was interested in providing guidance and technical support to customers on their journey toward optimized, digitized, and automated processes. For this reason, Sascha continuously expanded his knowledge by obtaining the “ITIL 4 Managing Professional” certificate and CAS in the areas of IT management and digital service management. In addition to acquiring his own knowledge, Sascha is also passionate about sharing it and ensuring its sustainability. Sascha teaches part-time as a trainer and lecturer at various institutions and works as an examiner at different levels.
