Since 2016, she has been supporting organizations in transformation and digitization projects with her company Ad Fundum Consulting GmbH and has been working in a wide range of industries since then – from administration and infrastructure to insurance and telecommunications. In her training courses, she combines methodological clarity with practical relevance and enthusiasm for effective project management.

She is certified in HERMES 2022 Advanced, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, among others.
