Adrian Probst is Co-Founder and CEO of Operaio GmbH, which specializes in the planning and creation of ITSM solutions. After completing his apprenticeship as a computer scientist, he started his career as a cloud engineer, where he built ITSM systems for customers. After successfully completing a bachelor's degree in business informatics, he was able to advise and support various customers as a solution architect in consulting around ITSM processes and systems. To further deepen this know-how, he completed a CAS degree in Digital Service Management. In this context, he obtained the ITIL Managing Professional and ITIL Strategic Leader certification. Thanks to his many years of experience as a consultant in various customer projects as well as a leader and product owner, he can optimally enrich the theory with practical experience.
