The training course has a modular structure and consists of a total of 17 on-site and online seminar days as well as supplementary web-based training (WBT) for individual consolidation. The CAS Process Management training course covers all relevant topics for acquiring comprehensive skills for the efficient design of processes: in addition to plan-driven approaches, feedback-oriented agile methods are also taught.

This training course is aimed at process management staff, organizational staff, process managers and process analysts, managers with process responsibilities, managers and staff in corporate and human resources development, as well as interested employees from organizational and functional departments.
There are no formal admission requirements. Initial practical experience in the field of process management is an advantage.
The performance record consists of full attendance (at least 80%), a written exam, an exam workshop in the final module, and one compulsory module, which must be 100% attended.
You will receive the «CAS Process Management» certificate (15 ECTS credits).
This training course is conducted in cooperation with our partner SGO Business School. The CAS and the ECTS points are awarded by Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ).
